Well, theoretically XFS is well-documented, but in practice it seems that at least the Linux people didn't get it right. SGI IRIX has a nice implementation of it, but it's closed source.
Why don't you write it for me?
Because I'm busy. My todo list is quite full. And we're only 165 people developing the whole of NetBSD with a queue of important things we need to work on.
